Introduction:
Elma, a resident of Floraville (2280), recently contacted Reactive Plumbing & Electrical after finding us through our Newcastle Magnet ad. She was in need of assistance with installing a new sink mixer and reached out to us for our expertise.
Assigned Technician:
Theran, one of our experienced service technicians, was assigned to the job due to his extensive knowledge and experience with plumbing installations. He has been with Reactive Plumbing & Electrical for over 5 years and is known for his attention to detail and efficient work.
The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arrival at Elma’s home, Theran investigated the customer supplied sink mixer that needed installation. After assessing the situation, he presented pricing options for the install which Elma accepted. The first step was isolating the water supply to her home to ensure safety during the installation process.
Next, Theran removed the existing sink mixer and replaced it with the customer supplied one. He made sure everything was properly connected and functioning before completing the job. As per company policy, we informed Elma that any warranty on her tap would lie solely with her as she had provided it herself.
After completing all necessary tasks, Theran cleaned up any mess created during the installation process and ensured that everything was left in pristine condition before leaving.
