The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Ray’s home, Theran investigated the reported issues with the dishwasher installation and kitchen sink mixer tap leaking and being loose. After thorough inspection, he found that the kitchen mixer tap was unrepairable.
To solve this problem, Theran presented various options to Ray based on his budget and preferences. After careful consideration, Ray decided to opt for our VIP membership which included a dishwasher installation as well as replacement of the sink mixer.
Theran then proceeded with removing the existing dishwasher and installing the new one provided by Ray. He connected it to waste, water, and electrical systems before running a test cycle to ensure everything was working properly.
In addition to this, Theran also removed the old sink mixer tap and replaced it with a new one. He secured it firmly onto the sink top before conducting final tests upon completion of both installations.
