The Job Description & Solution
Upon inspection, we discovered that there was a blockage in my toilet which caused an overflow in the vent located outside. Despite attempting to plunge the toilet, the blockage persisted. Fin then suggested using high-pressure water jetting to clear the blockage effectively.
We also carried out an extensive CCTV drain inspection of my sewer system to identify any underlying issues causing the blockage. Upon returning to site with better access after removing the toilet suite, we found sections of backfill and dislodgement along majority of the sewer system.
Fin efficiently resolved all these issues and ensured that everything was functioning properly before leaving. He even provided some helpful tips on how to prevent future plumbing problems.
