Client Case Study: Adrian from Pacific Pines (4211)
Hello, my name is Adrian and I live in the beautiful suburb of Pacific Pines. Recently, I noticed that my toilet was leaking and needed to be fixed as soon as possible. After searching online for a reliable plumbing service, I came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Gold Coast Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Zavier
I called Reactive Plumbing & Electrical and they promptly sent out their technician Zavier to attend to the job. Zavier was assigned because of his expertise in handling similar issues and his excellent track record with previous clients.
The Job Description & Solution
Zavier arrived on site and immediately began investigating the cause of the toilet leak. Upon further inspection, he found that the outlet valve rubber had failed and needed replacement. He also discovered discrepancies in hot water temperature coming from the hot water cylinder.
Zavier advised me that the tempering valve may need adjustment or replacement to fix this issue. Additionally, he found that my kitchen mixer’s hot line was only producing 40°C hot water while other bathrooms were producing upwards of 47 degrees Celsius.
To resolve these issues, Zavier proposed a scope of works which included isolating the water supply, removing old kitchen mixer along with flexible hoses, supplying and installing a new standard kitchen mixer, and checking all works for leaks. As an added bonus, Reactive Plumbing & Electrical offers a 3-year warranty on all their services.
