Skye’s initial concern was a leak in her bath, but upon further investigation by Nathan, it was discovered that the source of the leak was inside the wall. To address this issue, we proposed the following solution:
- Gaining access to the breach by exposing it
- Carefully removing tiling for excavation purposes
- Taking out existing tiles, grout, and concrete
- Replacing old breach with new one along with copper work and fittings
- Thoroughly checking all works for any potential leaks
- Inspeting area for any additional issues or leaks as discussed with Skye regarding water pooling downstairs near light fixtures
