Assigning the Right Technician

We take pride in providing top-notch services to our clients, which is why we carefully assign the right technician for each job. For Bryan’s plumbing issues, we assigned Theran – one of our most experienced plumbers with years of expertise under his belt.

The Job Description & Solution

On Friday 30/5/25 from 9-12pm, Theran arrived at Bryan’s home fully equipped to tackle the plumbing problems. After conducting a thorough investigation, he found that high water pressure could be contributing to the breakdown of plumbing in Bryan’s home.

To confirm this suspicion, Theran conducted a pressure test which revealed that the water pressure was extremely high at 920kpa – well above the recommended limit of 500kpa. This excess pressure can cause significant damage to pipes and fixtures over time.

Theran presented various options for repairs to Bryan including replacing the garden tap, servicing shower taps by reseating and replacing washers, replacing toilet cistern including seat and stop tap as well as installing a 500kpa pressure regulating valve at the water meter.

Bryan decided to take advantage of our VIP membership and bundle discount on selected repairs. He agreed to have all the recommended work done, except for the installation of the pressure regulating valve due to cost concerns.

The Solution in Action

On the scheduled day, Theran arrived at Bryan’s home and began working on the repairs. However, during this process, Bryan requested that we leave out the installation of the pressure regulating valve. We
