Hello, my name is Blake and I am a service technician at Reactive Plumbing & Electrical. Recently, we had the pleasure of helping out one of our clients, Robin from Fletcher (2287), with some plumbing and drainage issues. She found us through our Newcastle Magnet ad and reached out to us for assistance.
The Assigned Technician: Blake
When Robin called us, she was assigned me as her service technician. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I have dealt with various plumbing and drainage problems before. My expertise lies in identifying the root cause of an issue and providing effective solutions to solve it.
The Job Description & Solution
Robin contacted us because she was experiencing gurgling drains and an issue with her rainwater pump. Upon arrival at her property, we conducted a thorough inspection to determine the cause of these problems.
We discovered that there was a blockage caused by grease and fat buildup in the pipes which were causing the gurgling sound. To resolve this issue, we offered our $149 Blocked Drain Special which includes jet blasting to clear out any obstructions in the pipes.
While assessing the rainwater pump situation, we noticed that there was also a problem with stormwater drainage on Robin’s property. She mentioned that during recent rainstorms, she had to dig a trench herself due to severe flooding in her yard.
To provide a comprehensive solution for all her plumbing issues, we included today’s jet blasting as complimentary while also offering a solution for her stormwater problem at no extra cost.
Solution:
- Cleared out the blocked drains with jet blasting
- Provided a solution for the stormwater drainage issue
- Included today’s jet blasting as complimentary
