Job Description & Solution:
Upon inspection, Zavier discovered that a 25 mm poly pipe had split and burst, causing the water leak. In addition to this issue, Cheryl also requested the replacement of a hose tap and discussed her desire to wash her dog in the laundry sink.
Zavier suggested reactive measures which included excavating and exposing the damaged poly pipe for repair. He then used two slip joiners to fix it and checked for any leaks before backfilling the hole with sand and soil topped with cut out grass.
To ensure long-term satisfaction for our client, Zavier also installed a new premium showerhead and hose while removing an existing spout and seatback brass thread. After completing all work thoroughly checked for any leaks or issues.

- Excavate and expose 25mm poly pipe more to gain access for repair
- Repair poly pipe with two slip joiners and check for leaks
- Test pressure to make sure adequate
- Backfill hole with sand and excavated soil and top with cut out grass
