The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Tyron’s home, Michael carried out a thorough investigation of all the plumbing issues reported by the client. After careful examination, it was found that the ensuite bathroom toilet cistern components were failing and needed immediate attention. The basin mixer was also leaking in several areas and had exceeded its expected lifespan. Furthermore, the mixer cartridge was not sealing correctly.
To solve these problems efficiently and effectively, we provided onsite price options to Tyron which he readily accepted. Our scope of works included:
- Isolating water to dwelling
- Disconnecting and removing existing cistern
- Removing existing valves
- Supplying and installing outlet valve, inlet valve, flexible hose and isolation valve
- Completing back inlet valve refurbishment including new isolation valve
- Re-installing cistern and testing all works
