Introduction:
Jennifer, a resident of Edgeworth (2285), was facing some issues with her toilet and taps. She found us through our Newcastle Magnet ad and decided to give us a call for help.
Assigned Technician:
Our service technician Zach was assigned to the job due to his expertise in plumbing repairs and installations. With years of experience under his belt, he was the perfect fit for this particular job.
The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arrival at Jennifer’s property, Zach conducted a thorough inspection of the toilet and taps. He discovered that the toilet was over 30 years old with no service history. The water pressure in the property was at 500kpa, which is compliant with manufacturer specifications.
Zach identified multiple failures with the existing toilet, including perished seals and non-functioning valves. After discussing various options for replacement or repair with Jennifer, she chose to go ahead with a premium toilet suite that came with a 10-year warranty.
In addition to addressing the issues with her toilet, Jennifer also had some concerns about her kitchen mixer tap and basin set. She decided to have them replaced as well.
With all membership savings and discounts applied, we were able to provide Jennifer with an affordable solution without compromising on quality or efficiency.
