To begin with, Theran replaced the faulty thermostat on Anne’s hot water system. He then reinstated power supply but informed Anne that due to off peak hours, the system would not start heating until overnight.
In addition to this, Theran also removed all existing components of the faulty toilet cistern including the seat, link piece, stop tap and connection. He replaced them with new ones which were securely attached to the wall. The completed repairs were tested by Theran before leaving Anne’s residence.
We provided a 2-year warranty on all parts used in replacing the cistern and a 1-year warranty on the newly installed thermostat.
