The Job Description & Solution: Upon arrival at the site, Zavier conducted a thorough investigation and determined that the noise was indeed coming from within the wall. To confirm if there was a leak, he performed a pressure test by hard-plumbing into the copper piping. The results showed that there was indeed a drop in pressure and water ticking over quickly at the water meter.
To address this issue, Zavier recommended conducting a pressure leak detection at the nearest hose tap. A pressure gauge was set for 30 minutes which confirmed that there was indeed a leak present. As per client’s request, Zavier turned off the water supply to prevent any further damage.
