The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Anne’s property, Zavier conducted a thorough investigation and discovered that her hot water system was 28 years old and needed to be replaced. To ensure that Anne had access to reliable hot water supply again, we provided the following solution:
- Supplying and installing a new 250 L Rheem Stella stainless steel hot water system
- Removing the old system and configuring pipework
- Installing new half-inch copper pipework with all compliant valves including CWE, TPR, Trio valve, isolation point, and tempering valve
- Lagging all necessary pipework and checking for leaks
- Installing a Mildred valve and silicon tundish
- Completing all electrical work including an isolator on the switchboard
- Cleaning up after ourselves leaving no mess behind
