Case Study: Blocked Drain Emergency in Labrador
Introduction:
Lydia, a resident of Labrador (4215), was facing a major plumbing emergency. Her stormwater drainage system had become blocked and she needed immediate assistance to resolve the issue.
After searching online for reliable plumbers in her area, Lydia came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Gold Coast Magnet ad. Impressed by their services and positive reviews, she decided to give them a call.
The Assigned Technician:
The job was assigned to Fin, one of Reactive Plumbing & Electrical’s top service technicians. With years of experience under his belt and extensive knowledge about plumbing systems, Fin was the perfect choice for this challenging task.
The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arrival at Lydia’s residence, Fin quickly assessed the situation and identified that tree roots were causing the blockage in her stormwater drainage system. To tackle this problem efficiently, he recommended using Reactive Plumbing & Electrical’s $149 blocked drain special which included a CCTV drain camera inspection.
The team used the state-of-the-art camera to inspect the pipes and located the section where tree roots had infiltrated. To restore flow and prevent any future blockages, they carried out a high-pressure water jet blast which effectively cleared out all debris from the pipes.
