The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arrival at Maxine’s residence, Nathan conducted an initial inspection and identified that the flush valve inside her cistern was faulty. To resolve the issue, he recommended replacing both flush valves with new ones and conducting operational testing to ensure everything was functioning properly.
To complete the job efficiently and effectively, Nathan supplied and installed two new flush valves under the cistern and inside it. He then conducted thorough operational testing to make sure there were no further issues. Once satisfied with the results, he cleaned up after himself before leaving Maxine’s home.
Note: We also received corrected materials from another plumber who had previously worked on Maxine’s system but failed to fix the problem. Our team replaced these materials as well during our visit.
