Client Case Study: John from Robina
John, a resident of the suburb of Robina (4226), recently found himself in need of plumbing services. He had noticed an increase in his water bill and suspected that there may be a burst water main on his property.
After doing some research, John came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Gold Coast Magnet ad. Impressed by their reputation for quality service and expertise, he decided to give them a call.
Assigned Technician: Matt
Matt was assigned to the job due to his extensive experience with commercial leak detection. As it turned out, upon arrival at John’s property, Matt discovered that the water meter actually serviced four properties in total.
This meant that the issue would fall under commercial leak detection rather than residential, resulting in additional charges. However, Matt provided John with a detailed quotation for the necessary services including a secondary technician to assist with the job.
Job Description & Solution
Matt and his team arrived on site fully equipped to investigate and resolve any potential issues with the burst water main. After thorough inspection and testing, they were able to locate and repair the source of the leak efficiently and effectively.
In addition to fixing the immediate problem at hand, Matt also provided recommendations for preventative measures that could help avoid similar issues in the future. This level of attention to detail is what sets Reactive Plumbing & Electrical apart from other service providers.
