The Job Description & Solution
Bella arrived at Aaron’s property to investigate the storm water blockage. After conducting an initial assessment, she recommended opting for our $149 blocked drain special which included a free CCTV inspection. During this process, Bella discovered thick tree roots approximately 12-13 metres up from the left house kerbside adapter causing the blockage.
To solve this issue, Bella jetted out the tree roots and punched holes through them to temporarily restore flow. However, upon further inspection using our CCTV camera technology, it was found that most of the drain from the kerb was backfilling or holding water due to damaged pipes caused by these tree roots.
