Client Case Study: Shane from Mermaid Beach
Introduction: Meet Shane, a homeowner in the beautiful suburb of Mermaid Beach (4218). After experiencing a blocked sewer at his property, he was in need of urgent assistance. Luckily, he found us through our Gold Coast Magnet ad and gave us a call.
Assigned Technician: Our experienced technician Fin was assigned to the job. With years of experience and extensive knowledge in plumbing, we knew he would be the perfect fit for this task.
The Job Description & Solution: Upon arrival at Shane’s property, Fin conducted thorough tests on all fixtures but found that only the laundry bathroom was causing the blockage. We then proceeded with a high pressure jet blast via an inspection opening outside the bathroom but unfortunately, it did not clear the blockage completely. However, with further jet blasting and root cutting techniques, we were able to restore flow to the drain successfully.
To ensure there were no underlying issues causing this blockage, we also carried out a CCTV drain inspection which revealed multiple breaks on the 100mm PVC sewer. With our expertise and advanced equipment, we were able to identify and fix these issues promptly.
