The Job Description & Solution
Kay explained that her toilet wasn’t flushing properly and she suspected there may be a blockage somewhere in the pipes. Our team arrived onsite and carried out our $149 blocked drain special which includes an inspection of the main line using specialized equipment.
After attempting to plunge the toilet suite without success, we realized that there were no inspection openings for the toilet branch line. This made it difficult for us to locate where exactly the blockage was occurring.
To get a better understanding of what was causing the issue, we decided to carry out a camera inspection of the pipes. This revealed that there was no blockage on the main line but only on the toilet branch line leading from Kay’s bathroom.
We provided Kay with different options on how we could access and clear this specific section of pipe without causing any damage or disruption to her home. After discussing these options with her, she chose one that best suited her needs and budget.
