Client Case Study: Harry from Rochedale
Hello, my name is Harry and I live in the suburb of Rochedale (4123). Recently, I had a plumbing emergency at my home and needed immediate assistance. After searching online for local plumbers, I came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Brisbane Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Nathan
I called Reactive Plumbing & Electrical and was quickly connected to one of their friendly customer service representatives. They informed me that they would send out their top technician, Nathan, to handle my plumbing issue. As a homeowner myself, I understand the importance of having an experienced professional take care of any household problems.
The Job Description & Solution
Nathan arrived promptly at my house and assessed the situation. He explained to me what needed to be done and provided me with a detailed quote before starting any work. The job involved fixing a burst pipe in my bathroom which was causing water damage to the surrounding area.
Nathan worked efficiently and effectively to repair the pipe while also ensuring there were no further issues with my plumbing system. He even took the time to educate me on how to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
Thanks to Nathan’s expertise and professionalism, he was able to complete the job within a few hours without any complications or delays. My bathroom is now back in working order thanks to Reactive Plumbing & Electrical!
