Client Case Study: Che from Rochedale South
Che, a resident of Rochedale South (4123), was facing a plumbing emergency. His toilet was draining slowly and there was water overflowing outside in the gully. Worried about the potential damage to his property, he immediately searched for a reliable plumber in his area.
Finding Us Through GMB Brisbane Ad
Luckily, Che came across our Google My Business ad for Reactive Plumbing & Electrical while searching for plumbers in Brisbane. Impressed by our high ratings and positive reviews, he decided to give us a call.
Assigning Stuart as the Service Technician

The Job Description & Solution
Stuart arrived at Che’s residence and began inspecting the drain line using our state-of-the-art CCTV Drain camera. He found that there was a buildup of grease causing blockage in the line. After removing the grease, he discovered tree root ingress which could have caused major damage if left untreated.
