Case Study: Solving a Blocked Stormwater Issue in Mermaid Waters
Introduction:
Daniel, a resident of Mermaid Waters (4218), was facing a major issue with his stormwater system. He noticed that the water was not draining properly and it was causing flooding in his backyard. Worried about potential damage to his property, Daniel decided to seek professional help.
After doing some research, he came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Gold Coast Magnet ad. Impressed by their services and positive reviews, he gave them a call for assistance.
The Assigned Technician:
Bailey, one of Reactive Plumbing & Electrical’s top service technicians, was assigned to the job. With years of experience and expertise in handling similar issues, Bailey was the perfect fit for this task.
The Job Description & Solution:
Daniel explained the situation to Bailey upon arrival and showed him where the blockage might be located. After conducting an initial inspection using CCTV cameras on both stormwater lines, Bailey discovered that they were disconnected and blocked due to tree roots growing into them.
To solve this issue permanently, Bailey suggested digging up the affected area and repairing or replacing the damaged pipes. He also provided Daniel with a quote for further works that would ensure proper drainage in his stormwater system.
