The Job Description & Solution
When Adam arrived at Brodie’s property, he conducted a thorough inspection of all bathroom fixtures. He found that one floor waste was completely dry while the other was full of soap scum. This indicated that there may be an issue with the sewer line.
To further investigate, Adam used CCTV technology to inspect the sewer line and discovered debris or scale stuck at the bottom of the pipework. This buildup can often cause unpleasant smells as well as blockages in pipes.
In order to solve this issue, Adam used a plunger on the floor waste to flush out any remaining soap scum. Then, using a jet blaster tool, he cleaned out all debris and scale from inside the sewer system’s pipework. This ensured that there were no more obstructions causing unpleasant odors in Brodie’s bathrooms.
