Case Study: Solving Jim’s Plumbing Emergency in Tighes Hill

Jim, a resident of Tighes Hill (2297), was facing a plumbing emergency. His toilet drains were gurgling and causing major inconvenience for him and his family. Desperate for a solution, he turned to Reactive Plumbing & Electrical after finding us through our ad.

The Technician Assigned: Bella

Bella, one of our top service technicians, was assigned to the job due to her expertise in handling complex plumbing issues. With years of experience under her belt, she has become known for her quick thinking and efficient problem-solving skills.

The Job Description & Solution

Upon arriving at Jim’s residence, Bella conducted a thorough inspection of the plumbing system. She quickly identified the root cause of the issue – a partial collapse of clay pipework in an inaccessible location.

This posed a challenge as it required extensive repair work that would be difficult to access. However, Bella didn’t let this deter her from finding a solution for Jim’s problem.

She first cleared the blockage as best as possible to provide temporary relief for Jim and his family. Then she presented them with various options for repairing the damaged pipework permanently.

Jim approved one of the solutions suggested by Bella and gave his go-ahead for the repair work. As per our standard procedure, we collected 10% deposit before commencing any works on site.
