Case Study: Resolving a Blocked Kitchen Sink Drain for Lucie in Morisset
Lucie, a resident of Morisset (2264), was facing a major inconvenience when her kitchen sink drain became blocked. She needed immediate assistance to resolve the issue and turned to Reactive Plumbing & Electrical after finding us through our Newcastle Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Adam
We quickly assigned our experienced service technician, Adam, to handle the job. With years of experience and expertise in plumbing services, we knew he would be able to provide an effective solution for Lucie’s blocked kitchen sink drain.
The Job Description & Solution
Adam arrived at Lucie’s property and conducted a thorough inspection of the kitchen sink drain. He found that there was direct access from underneath the property straight into the kitchen area. This made it easier for him to identify the root cause of the blockage.
To address the blockage, Adam used CCTV cameras to get a clear view inside the pipes and determine where exactly it was located. He then proceeded with using a jet blaster in an attempt to restore flow through the pipes. However, despite his best efforts, he could not restore flow as he discovered that one of the pipes had collapsed under the house.
This collapse was causing obstruction in water flow and needed immediate attention before it caused further damage or inconvenience for Lucie. To resolve this issue, Adam recommended replacing that particular pipe section with new piping material that is more durable and long-lasting.
