“Plumber Job in Swansea: Replace Shower Rose on Belmont Street | Reactive Plumbing & Electrical”

Case Study: Solving a Shower Rose Issue for Murray in Swansea

Murray, a resident of the suburb of Swansea (2281), recently contacted Reactive Plumbing & Electrical after experiencing an issue with his shower rose. He found us through our Newcastle Magnet ad and was impressed by our range of services and positive customer reviews.

Assigned Technician: Zach

Zach, one of our experienced service technicians, was assigned to the job due to his expertise in plumbing repairs and installations. With years of experience under his belt, we knew he would be able to provide a quick and effective solution for Murray’s shower rose issue.

The Job Description & Solution

Murray explained that his shower rose had failed and was no longer supporting its own weight. This not only caused inconvenience but also posed a safety hazard. Our team quickly assessed the situation and provided Murray with a range of replacement options.

After discussing the options with Zach, Murray selected Option 1 which included installing a handheld shower along with a wall mount. This option not only solved the current issue but also provided added convenience for future use.

Zach then proceeded to install the new shower rose, ensuring it was securely mounted and functioning properly before commissioning it upon completion of works. The entire process was completed efficiently without causing any disruption to Murray’s daily routine.
