Case Study: Gail’s RHEEM STELLAR 3.6kw 80l System Replacement in Currumbin Waters
Gail, a resident of Currumbin Waters (4223), recently found herself in need of a new hot water system. After doing some research and asking for recommendations from friends and family, she came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Gold Coast Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Nathan
Nathan was assigned to the job due to his expertise in hot water systems and experience working with the RHEEM brand. With years of experience under his belt, Nathan is known for providing top-notch service and finding efficient solutions for his clients.
The Job Description & Solution
Gail’s existing hot water system had reached its end-of-life and needed to be replaced. The team at Reactive Plumbing & Electrical recommended a RHEEM STELLAR 3.6kw 80l system as it would best suit Gail’s household needs.
To ensure a smooth installation process, Nathan first isolated the power and water supply to the unit before draining it down. He then proceeded to disconnect and decommission the old unit while ensuring proper disposal methods were followed.
The new unit was sourced, supplied, and installed by Nathan himself along with all necessary council mandated valves including isolation valve, non-return valve, pressure reduction valve, in-line line strainers, cold water expansion valve, tempering valve and temperature/pressure relief valve.
The price quoted by Reactive Plumbing & Electrical included all parts labor fees as well as tip fees for environmentally friendly disposal methods. Additionally, they took care of any required council forms and provided QBCC home warranty insurances for added peace of mind.
