Case Study: Resolving a Blocked Sewer for Alan in West Wallsend
Alan, a resident of West Wallsend (2286), recently found himself facing a plumbing emergency when his sewer became blocked. After searching online and asking for recommendations from friends and family, he came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our Newcastle Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Kyle
Upon receiving Alan’s call, we quickly dispatched our experienced technician Kyle to attend the site. With years of experience in handling various plumbing issues, we knew that Kyle was the perfect fit for this job.
Job Description & Solution
Kyle arrived at Alan’s property and conducted a thorough inspection of the main line using CCTV technology. To our relief, it was found to be in very good condition with no major damage or blockages present.
The next step was to address the gully which had caused the blockage. Using specialized plunging techniques, Kyle successfully restored the flow of waste towards the main line. He then made sure that all waste was reaching its intended destination by conducting another test on the system.
To ensure that everything was functioning correctly and there were no further issues, Kyle offered Alan a final check before wrapping up the job. We are happy to report that everything passed with flying colors and Alan’s sewer is now back to normal!
