Case Study: Solving a Re-occurring Sewer Blockage for Colleen in Arundel
Introduction:
Colleen, a resident of Arundel (4214), had been experiencing re-occurring sewer blockages in her upstairs master bedroom ensuite. Frustrated with the issue, she turned to Reactive Plumbing & Electrical after finding us through our Gold Coast Magnet ad.

The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arriving at Colleen’s home, Fin conducted a thorough inspection of the sewer system using our state-of-the-art CCTV drain camera. He found that there were pipes on a section of 100mm PVC that were causing the blockages. Additionally, he discovered a large bump on the same pipe before it connected to the council main connection point.
To solve this issue once and for all, we carried out our $149 blocked drain special which included clearing the blockage and conducting an extensive drain inspection. We also provided Colleen with options and quotes for repairing the damaged pipe.
