Introduction:

The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arrival at James’ property, Zach quickly assessed the situation and identified that all toilets in the home were affected by the blockage. The two downstairs bathrooms were particularly impacted, causing major inconvenience for James and his family.
Zach then proceeded to inspect the sewer pipes using our state-of-the-art CCTV camera technology. This revealed severe damage to the existing terracotta pipework as well as significant tree root intrusions. It was clear that a more comprehensive solution would be needed to resolve this issue.
To start off, we offered James our $149 blocked drain special which includes jet blasting services aimed at restoring flow to the system. While this helped pass through some blockages initially, it became evident that there was a collapsed pipe preventing further progress with our equipment.
