Client Case Study: Alexis from Bundall
Alexis, a resident of Bundall (4217), recently noticed a strange smell coming from her ensuite bathroom. Concerned about the potential cause and eager to find a solution, she turned to Reactive Plumbing & Electrical for help.
How They Found Us
Alexis found us through our Gold Coast Magnet ad, which highlighted our top-notch plumbing services in the area.
Assigned Technician
We assigned Fin, one of our experienced service technicians, to handle this job. With his extensive knowledge and expertise in plumbing issues, we knew he would be able to provide an effective solution for Alexis.
Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Alexis’ home, Fin conducted a thorough inspection of the ensuite bathroom. He discovered that there was stagnant water and debris in the pipework causing the unpleasant smell. To address this issue, Fin carried out our $149 blocked drain special and plunged all fixtures to remove any blockages or buildup.
However, after further investigation, Fin suspected that the toilet may be the root cause of the problem. He recommended removing it for closer inspection but respected Alexis’ decision to wait and see how things progressed before taking any further action.
To ensure that everything was left clean and tidy after completing his work, Fin also cleaned up the site before leaving.
