Rachel needed a new link suite installed with a 5-year warranty. Our team got straight to work by isolating the main water supply and draining down the system. We then disconnected the decommissioned existing stopped tap and replaced it with a new one complete with chrome cover plate.
We also hung the new link suite on the wall, measured flush pipe and blanking plate install test, commissioned silicon to the floor – ensuring everything was properly sealed and secure.

In order to allow proper curing time for the silicon used during installation, we highly recommend that Rachel refrains from using her toilet for 24-48 hours after completion of our services.
