Client Case Study: Alex from Clear Island Waters
Alex, a resident of Clear Island Waters (4226), recently found himself in a plumbing emergency. He noticed that his ensuite toilet was not flushing properly and suspected a sewer blockage. After searching for local plumbers, he came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Gold Coast Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Fin
Faced with the urgent need to fix his blocked toilet, Alex called Reactive Plumbing & Electrical and was assigned Fin as his service technician. With years of experience and expertise in handling various plumbing issues, Fin was the perfect choice for this job.
The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Alex’s home, Fin quickly assessed the situation and determined that there was indeed a blockage in the ensuite sewer line. To accurately locate the blockage, he carried out a CCTV drain inspection via the inspection opening by the toilet.
The camera revealed that tree roots had grown into the junction arm underneath the water tank, causing the blockage. Using specialized equipment, Fin cleared out the root system and gave Alex options to prevent future occurrences.
To ensure customer satisfaction and cleanliness on site, our team also cleaned up after completing their work.
