Client Case Study: Kurvendra from Coolangatta
Kurvendra, a resident of the beautiful suburb of Coolangatta (4225), was in need of plumbing services for his property. After searching online and browsing through various options, he came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical’s ad and decided to give us a call.
Assigned Technician: Fin
Upon receiving Kurvendra’s call, our team quickly assessed the job requirements and assigned our top technician, Fin, to handle the project. With years of experience and expertise in plumbing solutions, we knew that Fin would be the perfect fit for this job.
The Job Description & Solution
Fin arrived at Kurvendra’s property to install filtration setups as per his request. However, during inspection, he noticed some underlying issues with the sewer system. To ensure complete customer satisfaction and safety, we provided Kurvendra with a detailed quote including different options for him to choose from.
In addition to this service, we also carried out our $149 blocked drain special using our state-of-the-art CCTV drain camera technology. This allowed us to identify multiple separations in the clay pipework as well as an illegal drainage setup on the dishwasher/washing machine line. We promptly cleaned up the site after completing all necessary repairs.
