Client Case Study: Tarnia from Currumbin Waters
Tarnia, a resident of Currumbin Waters (4223), was in need of urgent plumbing assistance when she discovered that her bath drainage was completely blocked. After searching for reliable plumbers in the area, she came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our GMB QLD ad.
Assigned Technician: Fin
Upon receiving Tarnia’s call, we immediately dispatched our top technician Fin to handle the job. With years of experience and expertise under his belt, Fin is known for his quick problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The Job Description & Solution
When Fin arrived on-site, he assessed the situation and found that styrofoam balls were causing the blockage in Tarnia’s bath drain. To resolve this issue, he carried out our $149 blocked drain special which included plunging to restore flow.
In addition to fixing the blocked drain, Fin also noticed that Tarnia’s hot water system had burst and was leaking under her house. As part of our comprehensive service, he cleaned up the site and conducted a CCTV drain inspection to ensure there were no other issues with her sewer system.
To prevent any further damage or inconvenience for Tarnia, Fin also tested for flow after completing all necessary repairs.
