Client Success Story: Blanca from Helensvale
Meet Blanca, a resident of the beautiful suburb of Helensvale (4212). She recently encountered a major blockage in her bathroom drain and was in desperate need of professional help. After searching online for reliable plumbing services, she came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our Online Booking ad.
Assigned Technician: Fin
Upon receiving Blanca’s call, we immediately dispatched our top technician Fin to handle the job. With years of experience and expertise under his belt, Fin is known for his quick problem-solving skills and attention to detail when it comes to plumbing issues.
The Job Description & Solution
Blanca explained that her bathroom drain was completely blocked and causing major inconvenience in her daily routine. Our team arrived on site with all necessary equipment and carried out our $149 blocked drain special. However, despite using high pressure water jetting techniques, we were unable to restore flow.
Determined to solve the issue for our client, we decided to carry out an extensive jet blast via the vent. This allowed us to clear out large amounts of grease buildup from the drain which was causing the blockage. We then tested for flow and thoroughly cleaned up the site before leaving.
