The Job Description & Solution
Zavier attended Mason’s site and conducted a thorough investigation into the leaking toilet. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the components inside were perished and needed replacement. Additionally, it was determined that excessive water pressure was causing further damage.
To solve this issue, Zavier provided options for installing a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) at the water meter. This would regulate the water pressure and prevent any future damage or leaks from occurring.
Scope of Works:
- Unbolt and remove system from pan
- Remove old components of inlet valve and service outlet valve
- Supply and install new inlet valve
- Reassemble system, commission works, and check for leaks
