Case Study: Solving a Blocked Sewer for Samuel in Miami
Introduction: Meet Samuel, a resident of the beautiful suburb of Miami (4220). He recently encountered a blocked sewer in his downstairs bathroom and was in need of urgent assistance. After searching online, he found us through our GMB QLD ad and decided to give us a call.

The Job Description & Solution: Upon arrival at Samuel’s residence, we tried to locate an inspection opening for external access but were unable to do so. However, this did not stop us from finding a solution. We carried out an internal jet blast from the inspection opening next to the toilet and successfully restored flow. To ensure there were no further blockages or underlying issues, we also conducted a CCTV drain inspection which revealed that wet wipes or lips on the existing pipework could be causing the blockage. We promptly cleaned up the site after completing our work.
