The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Luchy’s home, Nathan assessed the situation and carried out our $149 blocked drain special. However, plunging the drain did not yield any results. He then proceeded with a high-pressure water jet blast which successfully restored flow in the drain.
To ensure there were no underlying issues causing the blockage, Nathan used our CCTV drain camera to inspect the line. The camera revealed tree roots and a collapsed section of pipework as the main culprits behind Luchy’s blocked kitchen drain.
In order to fully resolve this issue and prevent future blockages from occurring again, we carried out an extensive jet blast that cleared majority of the roots. We also provided Luchy with a quote for repairing her PVC pipework which had been damaged by tree roots over time.
After completing all necessary repairs and cleaning up any mess created during our work process, we left Luchy’s home with everything functioning smoothly once again.
