Client Success Story: How Reactive Plumbing & Electrical Saved Matthew’s Kitchen Sink in Oxenford

Introduction:

Meet Matthew, a resident of the beautiful suburb of Oxenford (4210). One day, while preparing dinner for his family, he noticed that water was not draining properly from his kitchen sink. Concerned about potential blockages and damage to his plumbing system, he immediately searched for a reliable plumber on the Gold Coast.

Luckily, Matthew found us through our Gold Coast Magnet ad and gave us a call right away.

The Technician Assigned:

We take pride in our team of skilled technicians who are always ready to provide top-notch services to our clients. For this job, we assigned Fin – one of our most experienced plumbers with years of experience under his belt. With his expertise and knowledge, we knew Fin would be able to solve any plumbing issue thrown at him.

The Job Description & Solution:

Upon arrival at Matthew’s home in Oxenford, Fin quickly assessed the situation and identified a blocked kitchen sink as the culprit behind the slow drainage. To address this issue efficiently and effectively, we offered our $149 blocked drain special which includes using a rod plunger to clear out any blockages in the drain pipes.

To ensure there were no underlying issues causing the blockage, we also conducted a CCTV drain inspection which revealed that there was an area in the sewer system holding excess water. We immediately informed Matthew about this finding and provided recommendations for further action if needed.
