Job Description & Solution
The job at hand was to install a customer supplied vanity in Lynette’s bathroom. This involved removing and disposing of the old vanity, installing two new emergency shutoff valves, and installing the new vanity basin and mixer. Additionally, we also had to install new drainage to ensure everything functioned properly.
However, during our initial assessment with Lynette before proceeding with the installation process, we discovered that due to the smaller size of her new vanity compared to her previous one, there were missing tiles on the wall behind it. We discussed this issue with Lynette beforehand so she was aware of any potential changes that may need to be made.
