Client Case Study: Mike from Reedy Creek
Introduction:
Mike, a resident of Reedy Creek (4227), recently found himself in a bit of a predicament when his kitchen sink became completely blocked. After trying various DIY methods to no avail, he decided to seek professional help and turned to the internet for solutions.
Finding Us:
Luckily, Mike came across our Online Booking ad and was impressed by our affordable prices and positive customer reviews. He immediately booked an appointment with us at Reactive Plumbing & Electrical.
The Assigned Technician:
We take great pride in our team of skilled technicians who are always ready to tackle any plumbing or electrical issue. For Mike’s job, we assigned Fin – one of our top plumbers with years of experience under his belt.
The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arrival at Mike’s home, Fin quickly assessed the situation and determined that the blockage was located in the gully outside. To resolve this issue, we carried out our $149 blocked drain special which included plunging the gully and restoring flow to the drain.
In addition to this, while on-site Fin also noticed that there was a 90mm floor waste grate that had fallen into the gully causing further obstruction. Without hesitation, he removed it ensuring that there would be no future issues with blockages in this area.
Unfortunately, due to newly installed tile work around inspection openings, we were unable to carry out a CCTV drain inspection on the rest of the system. However, we made sure to thoroughly clean up after ourselves before leaving so as not leave any mess behind for Mike.
