Client Case Study: Narelle from Robina (4226)
Narelle, a resident of the beautiful suburb of Robina (4226), was facing a major issue with her stormwater system. She noticed that during heavy rainfalls, water would pool in her backyard and cause damage to her property. Concerned about potential flooding and structural damage, she knew she needed professional help.
Finding Us Through Gold Coast Magnet
After searching online for reliable plumbing services in the Gold Coast area, Narelle came across our ad on Gold Coast Magnet. Impressed by our positive reviews and reputation as top-notch plumbers in the region, she decided to give us a call.
Tiarne – The Assigned Service Technician
Upon receiving Narelle’s call, we immediately dispatched Tiarne – one of our most experienced service technicians – to assess the situation at hand. With years of experience under her belt and extensive knowledge in dealing with stormwater issues, we were confident that Tiarne was the perfect person for this job.
The Job Description & Solution
Tiarne arrived at Narelle’s property and conducted a thorough investigation of her stormwater system. After careful examination, she discovered that there was sand blocking the pipes in Narelle’s backyard which was causing water to back up into her yard instead of draining properly.
In addition to this issue, Tiarne also found that there was an incorrect connection between the downpipe and stormwater line which further contributed to the problem. To solve these issues permanently, Tiarne recommended digging up an area of pavers where the blockage occurred and conducting further investigations through jetting techniques and downstream line inspections.
