Assigning the Right Technician
Zach, one of our experienced service technicians, was assigned to the job due to his expertise in plumbing repairs and upgrades. With years of experience under his belt, Zach is known for providing top-notch solutions to all types of plumbing problems.
The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Nina’s home, Zach conducted a thorough inspection of the shower and toilet. He found that both needed immediate attention as they were old and worn out.
Zach presented Nina with a range of options for upgrading her shower and repairing her toilet. After discussing each option in detail, Nina opted for a rain head/hand shower twin unit along with a full cistern renewal for her toilet.
To complete the job efficiently and effectively, Zach collected all necessary parts from our trusted supplier before beginning work on the shower upgrade. He installed the new rain head/hand shower unit as well as replaced all valves, seals, and connections in the toilet cistern with brand new ones.
During the job, Zach also noticed that Nina was having issues with her kitchen sink draining slowly and making gurgling noises. He hand plunged the sink to clear any blockages and discovered signs of a slight leak in the cupboard below. As part of our VIP program, we will return to further investigate this issue free of charge using our drain camera.
