Job Description & Solution
Sarah had reported that her hot water system was not delivering hot water as it should. Upon inspection, Theran found that the system was a 26-year-old continuous flow water heater. He also discovered that both the flame rod and PC board had failed due to age.
To solve this issue, Theran presented Sarah with replacement options which she accepted. The chosen option was a Rinnai B26 with a new valve kit. Our team then proceeded to remove the existing system and install the new one in the same location. They also connected Sarah’s existing Rinnai water controller and set the temperature accordingly.
To ensure everything was working properly, Theran tested the system upon completion. In addition to fixing her hot water issue, our team also rectified a leaking gas connection at her gas meter for added safety measures.
The new Rinnai B26 comes with a 10-year heat exchanger warranty and a 3-year warranty on parts and labor from Rinnai themselves. We also offer lifetime warranty on workmanship for all our services.
