Upon arrival, Theran investigated the blockage and discovered that both fixtures were discharging into an overflow gully located on the right hand side of Mrs. Smith’s home. He used a gully scoop to remove bricks and rocks that had been put down the drain, causing the blockage.
To ensure proper drainage, Theran filled both sinks and drained them successfully. As a result, both sinks are now effectively draining without any further issues.
