Janine, a resident of the suburb of Lambton (2299), was facing a plumbing emergency. Her toilet had suddenly stopped flushing and she needed immediate assistance. After searching online for local plumbers, she came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our Newcastle Magnet ad.
The Right Technician for the Job – Jake
We received Janine’s call and immediately dispatched one of our top service technicians, Jake, to her home. With years of experience and extensive training under his belt, we knew that Jake would be able to handle any plumbing issue with ease.
The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Janine’s home, Jake quickly assessed the situation and determined that there was a blockage in the pipes leading from her toilet. He explained to Janine what needed to be done and provided her with an upfront quote before beginning any work.
Jake used specialized equipment to locate and remove the blockage without causing any damage to Janine’s pipes or property. He also performed a thorough inspection of all other plumbing fixtures in her home to ensure there were no other underlying issues.
Once he completed the job, Jake cleaned up after himself and made sure everything was back in working order before leaving. He also took the time to explain some preventative measures that could help avoid similar issues in the future.
“I am extremely satisfied with Reactive Plumbing & Electrical’s services,” said Janine.
“Jake was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process.”
