Mui, a resident of Macquarie Hills (2285), was facing a plumbing emergency. Her toilet had suddenly stopped flushing and she needed immediate assistance. After searching online for local plumbers, Mui came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our Newcastle Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Max
We received Mui’s call and immediately dispatched our top technician, Max, to her home. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Max has become known for his expertise and efficiency when it comes to solving plumbing issues.
The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Mui’s home, Max quickly assessed the situation and identified that there was a blockage in the pipes leading from the toilet to the main sewer line. He explained this to Mui and provided her with an upfront quote for the job.
To solve the issue, Max used specialized equipment including drain cameras and high-pressure water jets to clear out the blockage. This ensured that not only was the current problem resolved but also prevented any potential future issues with clogged pipes.
In addition to fixing the blockage, Max also conducted a thorough inspection of all other plumbing fixtures in Mui’s home to ensure there were no other underlying problems that could cause further emergencies down the line.
