Introduction:
Matthew, a resident of Wallsend (2287), recently found himself with a blocked drain and was in need of urgent assistance. After searching online, he came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our ad and decided to give us a call.
Assigned Technician:
We assigned Adam, one of our top service technicians, to the job. With years of experience and extensive knowledge in plumbing solutions, we knew he would be the perfect fit for this particular issue.
The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arrival at Matthew’s property, Adam conducted an initial inspection using CCTV technology to identify the cause of the blockage. He discovered that tree roots had entered through a faulty PVC to earthenware adaption, causing the blockage.
To solve this issue, Adam used our high-pressure jet blaster to clear out any debris or obstructions within the pipes. This powerful tool uses water pressure up to 5000 psi to effectively remove any build-up or blockages without causing damage to the pipes.
After successfully restoring flow through the pipes with the jet blaster, Adam then proceeded to repair and replace the faulty PVC pipe with a more durable material that could withstand potential root intrusions in the future.
“I am extremely satisfied with Reactive Plumbing & Electrical’s services,” said Matthew after witnessing his once clogged drain now flowing smoothly again.“Their use of advanced technology and expertise saved me from what could have been a major plumbing disaster.”
