Introduction:
Marteen, a resident of Warners Bay (2282), was facing issues with her toilets and washing machine not filling up properly. Frustrated with the situation, she searched for a reliable plumbing service and came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our ad.
Assigned Technician:
Theran, one of our experienced service technicians, was assigned to the job due to his expertise in handling similar plumbing issues. With years of experience under his belt, Theran is known for providing efficient solutions to all kinds of plumbing problems.
The Job Description and Solution:
Upon arrival at Marteen’s residence, Theran investigated the issue thoroughly. He found that the rainwater pump cover had been removed previously and the float switch had been lifted. This indicated that the pump had failed before. Additionally, he noticed that the rainwater switchover valve was not utilizing mains water as it had also failed.
After presenting various options for repairs to Marteen, she chose to disconnect the rainwater pump and switchover valve. Theran then proceeded to remove them and replaced them with copper pipes and fittings. This ensured that both toilets and washing machine would now solely use mains water.
To complete the job, Theran reinstated water supply and tested everything upon completion. The result – both toilets were now functioning perfectly without any issues!
